Executive Director
Dato' Zulkifli Bin Osman has more than 20 years exposure and experience in the financial services industry. Since 1984 till 1993, he gained valuable experiences as a Banker in areas of operations, credit and corporate banking. He was with BBMB, UAB and CIMB Bank respectively as Credit Officer, Branch Manager and VP in Corporate Banking Division.
In 1994 till to date he ventured into stock broking business as a remisier and with his partners, him being the Managing Director, established two financial consulting and advisory companies namely HC Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd specializing in Corporate and Structural finance. Academically, he holds a Degree in Computer Science, a Certified Member of the Association of the Certified Financial Planner and holds a Dealer’s Representative License.
En. Mohamad bin Omar or well known as Mas Omar has almost 25 years experiences in the entertainment and production area. He started his career as general worker in Surveyor Firm in 1974. In 1978, he passed the RTM vocal test and qualified for being TV Host or a singer. His career in the entertainment started when his was appointed as a part time PRO in Ahmad Nawab Production. He has been in charge for Ramlah Ram, Nasir Wahab, Noreen Noor, and Noraliza Yusof(winner of Bintang RTM). He then joined Nexon Corporation in 1985 as a full time PRO and incharge of the same artists.
In the year 1988, he has been offered as Promotion Manager with BMG Music. He has been assigned to take in charge of the famous artists such as, Rahim Maarof, Dato Shake, M. Nasir, Search, and also Wings. He then left BMG for Suria Records (SRC) in 1991 to become Promotion Director. At Suria Records, he played the important role for planning of the company future in the promotion area. D.J Dave, Tushee, M.Sharif and also Jeffry Din were among the top star under his charge. By the year 1994, he quit SRC to set up Masa Records and in charge for the artist likes Ibnor Riza, Tushee and also M.Sharif.
After Masa Records, he then joined EMI (M) as a Promotion Manager and also Advertising Manager for Malay artists. He has been there for about three years and among the Malaysian stars under his charge were Sharifah Aini, Ella, KRU, Fauziah Latiff, Rahmat Ekamatra and also Aishah. In the 1998, Mas Omar joined Masa Entertainment and Production to take charge of managing artists for their shows around Malaysia, Brunei and also Singapore.
In 2002, Mas Omar left Masa Entertainment for Zanzibar Record for the new role that is producing and recording Album Hari Raya for the artist likes Rohana Jalil, Nasser Wahab, Salwa Abdul Rahman and Iffa Raziah. In the year 2004, he was appointed as Marketing and Promotion Manager at Metro Muzik. He then again deals with Malaysian famous stars such as Rohana Jalil, L. Ramlie, V-Shape Group and Ahmadi Hassan.
Due to his past experiences, ZASYAZ Production Sdn. Bhd. has appointed Mohamad Bin Omar as it’s advisor. ZASYAZ Production Sdn. Bhd. believes with the variety of experience of Mas Omar in entertainment and production will give benefit to the company. Under Mas Omar advice and guidance the company is confident to enter into production market.
Ir Mohd Khairuddin Bin Shafie aged 41 is a Professional Engineer and graduated from University Malaya Kuala Lumpur in year 1999.
Upon graduation, he started his career at Rekabina Utara Sdn Bhd as a Project Engineer to handle 266 nos. of school computer lab for all over Perak state. As project management consultant, he was involved in project management, monitoring progress, site supervision and quality of works from commencement to handover of the project, solving all technical problems if occur during project implementation and liaise with state Education Department and District Education Office and also State Accountant General.
Later, Ir Khairuddin moved on to QSC Projects Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur as Assistant Project Manager. He was responsible to handle 932 nos. of school computer labs for all over Malaysia. He assisted his Project Manager in preparation of weekly progress report and monitoring progress and find technical and management solution if problem occur during project implementation.
Ir Khairudin was then transferred to QSC Projects Sdn Bhd in Perak and Sarawak Site to monitor all computer labs during defect liability period and organized periodic inspection to all computer labs. He also liaise with consultant appointed in various fields to manage the school computer labs.
In May 2004, Ir Khairuddin joined Darulaman Realty Sdn Bhd a subsidiary company of Bina Darulaman Berhad as a Project Engineer. His role was involving from tender stage, construction stage and CFO application as well as close out projects. He also involved with selection of tenders using pre-qualification list.
Ir Khairuddin was then transferred to Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd which is also subsidiary of Bina Darulaman Berhad. He was responsible to set up master work program, tracking and monitoring site progress using MS Project and also to carry out close coordination as well as supervision on site activities for compliance with the drawings and specifications.
He left Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd in October 2006 and joined Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor as a Senior Engineer. His role involved to effectively monitoring contractor’s master work program, tracking and monitoring site progress using MS Project, verify contractor’s progress claim and carry out site measurement if required. He used to RC structure using the common structural software such as Prokon and Esteem Plus.
Muhammad Azhan aged 40 graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) of Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
He started his career with Azman Ahmad & Co. a chartered accountants firm as an audit assistant until the last post as Audit Executive. During the 2 years stints, he gain invaluable experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and company secretarial.
He then joined Hall & Hill Sdn Bhd a business advisory firm as Business Advisory Consultant during which he was involved in corporate finance. Amongst the clients under his purview is KFC (Malaysia) Berhad group of companies.
With the rise of petrochemical industries in Malaysia he was in 2005 being offered to join Atrax Petroleum Resources Sdn Bhd as Finance Manager. During the period, he was involved in all aspects of accounting, finance and part of business development. His contributions was instrumental in Atrax set up as first local manufacturer of choke valves in Malaysia.
Currently, he serves as Accountant at ZASYAZ Corporation Sdn Bhd. He takes full in charge in the operations of Finance & Accounts Department where he held liable for the entire ZASYAZ Group of Companies.
Civil & Structural Engineer
Amy Rozalind aged 29 graduated with a Master of Science in Structural Engineering (UiTM) and B.Eng.(Hons) in Civil Engineering also from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
She started her career with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Rembau, Negeri Sembilan as Trainee Engineer before furthering her study in Master Degree level. She then joined Innoseven Sdn Bhd as Project Engineer in July 2014. She takes in charge in several project such as Project Mass Rapid Transit Lembah Kelang- Jajaran Sg. Buloh, Kajang Package MSPR8 Construction and Completion of Multi Storey Car Park Building.
Currently, she joined ZASYAZ Engineers Sdn Bhd as Civil & Structural Engineer in 2015 until now.
Civil & Structural Engineer
Muhammad Amirulazim Bin Azhar aged 28 graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Civil (Infrastructure) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He started his career with ZASYAZ Engineers Sdn Bhd as Civil & Structural Engineer in early 2015 until now.
Mohd Noor Shayree Bin Mohd Sobree aged 26 years old. Shayree graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He started his career with Amtel Holding Berhad as project engineer and being appoint to manage Project Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 Sungai Buloh- Putrajaya. He started his career with ZASYAZ Engineers Sdn Bhd as Civil & Structural Engineer in early 2017 until now.
